We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at San Jose Construction and Maintenance 1214. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on maintenance activities, including production and other reports.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for travel to job sites.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
