At Keller Williams Empowered Realty, we're seeking a skilled Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our marketing campaigns and day-to-day operations.

This role demands expertise in generating inbound leads, expanding social media presence, managing/designing posts, and optimizing SEO to engage current and potential customers with quality and consistent content.

The ideal candidate will oversee and administer our company's social media marketing and advertising efforts while working closely with our team to develop agency events and promote them on various social media channels.

Compensation:

$40,000+ per year (dependent on experience)

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop new community events and design engaging signage to attract potential buyers
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects, incorporating them into targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create fresh social media content for each listing, responding to followers in a timely manner
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent message and concise content across all platforms
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly e-newsletters to keep our network informed
  • Design business cards, for-sale signs, custom signs, and other real estate marketing materials as needed
  • Arrange professional headshots for our realtors
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Innovative design concepts and a degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, with a strong background in creating engaging content
  • A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Maintenance of an open mind to new ideas and suggestions, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and InDesign is a plus
