Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team at HomeLife/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. As a key member of our marketing division, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and image.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Spokesperson Duties: Act as a spokesperson for the company in promotional videos, social media platforms, and at in-person events.
- Rebranding Initiatives: Oversee rebranding efforts, working closely with our graphic designer and IT specialist to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Public Speaking: Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to agents and franchisees representing the company at various events.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content for newsletters, press releases, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents and franchisees, providing support and guidance to promote company values and initiatives.
- Project Management: Act as a project manager for various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution of rebranding and other marketing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a personable demeanor.
- Experience in branding and rebranding initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site at our office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
- Competitive salary within the range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
