We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Care Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.

**About the Role**

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
  • Create a comfortable and safe environment that promotes resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
  • Foster an atmosphere conducive to optimal care through collaboration with team members and effective communication.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma in Practical Nursing
  • Current registration as Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Successful annual completion of RAI MDS certification
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Minimum one year experience in Geriatric, Rehabilitation, Retirement, or Long Term Care
