Compassionate Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive assessments, treatment management, and medication management for clients with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct bedside care when necessary
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and manage treatment regimens as per established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Trauma-informed training/experience an asset
- Knowledge of mental health and addictions and the 12 steps an asset
- Ability to work well as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable
- Negative TB test
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level C

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
