Strategic Accessibility Sales Leader for Ontario Markets

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Accessibility Sales Leader to join our team in Ontario, Canada. This role will focus on driving sales growth and promoting AODA-compliant products and services across the region.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned area.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities, with a focus on organizations seeking AODA-compliant safety solutions.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries and sectors.
- Collaboration and Product Customization: Collaborate closely with internal teams to customize safety equipment and solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the safety industry, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Accessibility Knowledge: Strong understanding of accessibility regulations and standards, particularly the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Competitive Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
