Job Summary:

The Director of Information Technology will lead our organization towards technological excellence by developing and implementing effective IT strategies, managing IT resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage IT resources, including budget, personnel, and vendors, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of IT projects, including infrastructure, business, and shop floor systems.
  4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services, including ERP functionality, implementation procedures, and support organizations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
  6. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and their application to the business, including Artificial Intelligence.
  7. Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure and systems are secure, compliant, and meet industry best practices.
  8. Manage IT budgets and allocation methodologies to provide transparency of consumption of IT services and related costs.
  9. Develop and maintain a service catalog and help desk service delivery models.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or other related technical degree.
  2. 10+ years of IT leadership role experience.
  3. Decision making skills and business experience.
  4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as a leader.
  6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
