We are seeking an experienced Game Development Director to lead our production team and drive the development of our next-generation games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire game development process, from conceptualization to launch.

About the Role
  • Oversee the overall direction and strategy of multiple game projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including producers, designers, artists, and engineers, to develop and implement project plans.
  • Analyze project metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  • Budget: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in game development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of game development pipelines, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality.
