Job Description: Sales Development RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate assistance to resolve customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Guide customers through onboarding, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform
  • Address technical issues, product inquiries, and account-related concerns efficiently
  • Help customers maximize their experience by providing insights into product features, functionality, and best practices
  • Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM
  • Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation to improve efficiency and the customer experience
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify common challenges and suggest opportunities for product and process improvements
Requirements:
  • We're seeking someone excited to work onsite five days/week, fostering in-person collaboration and team synergy
  • 1+ year in a similar customer support function (preferably in FinTech, SaaS or financial services)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in FinTech or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Interest in financial services and products, with a willingness to learn technical terms and industry intricacies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Open to working occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer needs

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
