Warehouse Operations Manager

Arirang Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for any necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to staff, and review their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management and shipping and receiving.
- College or CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 30-40 hours per week.
