Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Arirang Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
