Job Summary:

The Henry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leader to join our team. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage daily or nightly operations, ensuring all service standards and guest requests are met.
  • Leadership and Communication: Keep the General Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues and take prompt corrective or suggest alternative course of action where necessary.
  • Performance and Productivity: Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Attend weekly Service Leader meetings, maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees, and foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
  • Guest Experience: Provide a favorable image of The Henry culture and uphold high industry standards, ensuring guest satisfaction in all areas of food, service, and environment.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial and payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Bar Operations: Maximize bar profitability by ensuring correct pouring and recipes are followed.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Understand scheduling based on budget and sales forecast and staffing and maintaining shifts accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Server and/or Bartender
  • Joseph Richard Group Food & Beverage testing
  • Serving It Right
  • First Aid Level 1 is an asset, but not required
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills

Working Conditions:

  • Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Wage: Negotiable, based on experience
