Food Service Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations team at Tazza Tiffins Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Inventories: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and organized.
