Operations Manager

RPH FOOD SERVICE LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to maintain optimal team levels.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels and support warehouse operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth operations.
