We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading the prevention of loss and ensuring the security of our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft and loss, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage, working closely with store management and staff.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute cases of theft and other crimes.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on asset protection procedures and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset protection, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Valid security license (region/market specific) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
