  • Develop and implement strategies to increase clientele and drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance on business and technical competency matters, ensuring the highest quality service for each guest.
  • Act as a coach and mentor, bringing out the best in salon employees and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cosmetology or barber license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in administrative tasks
  • Able to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions
Physical Requirements:
  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair
  • Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements
