Job Summary

Samsung is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Total Rewards Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the People team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of best-in-class payroll practices, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll and information for transmission to the Shared Services Center and Ultimate for timely and accurate processing of local and expatriate employees' pay.
  • Reconcile all payroll account balances each pay prior to payment and submission, ensuring data integrity, accuracy of information, and reconciliation of data across systems (payroll and taxable benefits).
  • Administer and maintain benefits through provider and conduct on-boarding communication workshop to new hires.
  • Ensure all new hires are accurately set up for benefits and process benefits continuance for involuntary terminations.
  • Acts as liaison with benefits and pension providers, various other vendors regarding administrative issues and other related benefit and pension inquiries.

Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification required.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office products.
  • Accounting, GL, SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of payroll experience preferred with 3-5 years in employee benefits and pensions.
