We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Analyst to support the development, implementation, and administration of our company's total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and recommend changes to compensation and benefits plans to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Timely and accurate administration of the company's compensation, benefits programs, retirement programs, and compensation processes.
- Conduct data audits and analyses to identify discrepancies and coordinate with all relevant parties to make corrections.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to total rewards programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, payroll, and functional leadership to ensure program alignment and understanding.
