Job Title: Financial Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team at 536670 YUKON INC dba WALKER HOME CONSTRUCTION. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Accounting and Business/Management.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:
