About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Reform Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, working closely with our experienced team members.
  • Contribute to framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Participate in demolition work by assisting in the safe and controlled removal of buildings.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our construction equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of our team members and the general public.
