Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Reform Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety protocols.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements:
  • Will train, but previous experience in construction is an asset.
  • Permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
