About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Reform Renovation. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, and a team player.
