About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Reform Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour and Spread Materials: Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
  • Demolish Buildings: Assist in the demolition of buildings as required.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites as required.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer with Reform Renovation, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to work at various locations, including construction sites, and may be exposed to physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, team player.
