Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers, building strong relationships and increasing sales.
  • Train and develop the sales team on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive results.
  • Perform daily tasks such as price changes, order processing, and store maintenance.
  • Open and close the store as required.
Requirements:
  • Passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Experience as a team leader or sales trainer.
  • Desire to develop a career in retail.
  • Strong selling and customer service skills.
