Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers to build a loyal customer base
  • Develop and train sales team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Perform daily tasks such as price changes, order processing, and store maintenance
  • Open and close the store as required
Requirements:

  • Experience as a team leader or sales trainer
