About the Role

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with managing full campaign execution, crafting marketing briefs, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a team of Senior Lifecycle Marketing Managers with managing full campaign execution.
  • Craft marketing briefs so our partner teams can deliver stellar marketing creative and communications to our customers.
  • Test the end-to-end marketing journey to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
  • Be embedded in a fully cross-functional Lifecycle Marketing team tasked with architecting customer journeys and acting as a key support Marketing function.
  • Maintain a focus and discipline on results, helping to set up regular campaign reporting to gauge Marketing campaign performance and to inform program planning and optimization.

Accountability Weighting

The role's accountability weighting by category is as follows:

  • 10% Marketing Planning and Strategy
  • 90% Initiative/Campaign Execution (including associated budget management and risk management)
  • 0% People Leadership (Note, this role has no direct reports at this time)

Qualifications

  • Experience in email channel marketing, CRM, and/or Early Tenure Management: 1 year (Required)
  • Accountable for revenue and retention targets: 1 year (Required)
  • Creative brief writing: 1 year (Required)
  • Campaign management: 1 year (Required)
  • Experience in Financial Services: 1 year (Desired)

Education/Certifications

Bachelor Degree or Diploma, preferably in Communications or Marketing (Desired)
