Copper Resort Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to establish operational procedures, coordinate inspections, and manage contract services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage contract services, including maintenance and repair services, and in-house laundry services
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability
