Job Overview

The Construction Estimator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring accurate and competitive estimates are provided to clients and potential clients.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Compile timely, accurate, and competitive estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, support teams, and clients.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Assist in the selection of sub-trades and recommend awards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree from a recognized Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science program.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an estimator in Canadian commercial/retail/industrial construction.
  • Prior experience working hands-on in commercial/retail/industrial construction.
  • Red Seal Carpenter or carpentry experience coupled with estimating experience preferred.
