Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Pronto Software. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in relation to our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and system administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, network, and security teams, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as cloud platforms such as VMware and Amazon Web Services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
