We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Labor Relations and Negotiations to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute labor relations strategies that align with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions and employee representatives
  • Provide guidance and support to management on labor-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in labor relations, with a focus on strategic negotiations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful labor relations strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
