Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Learning and Operational Excellence Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our document control processes, developing curricula, and providing guidance on training delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in a related field and possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A post-secondary education in business, health and safety, or a technical field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain TIPS database and perform key document tasks to ensure procedures follow administration process
  • Develop, evaluate, and maintain curricula for Learning Management System
  • Provide guidance and support to Operations organizations on training delivery
  • Consult with stakeholders to assess needs and coordinate training delivered by external providers
  • Participate in internal and external site audits and complete requested training program information and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six years of job-related experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate positive safety behaviors
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical writing skills
  • Experience working in Learning Management Systems and developing content in SCORM format
  • Post-secondary education in business, health and safety, or a technical field
Work Environment:

This position is located in a 24/7 manufacturing plant with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will be required to sit for long periods at a computer terminal performing data entry tasks.
