Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Elementary Education Specialist to join our team. As a Tutor and Learning Coach, you will work directly with students in a supportive and engaging environment, helping them develop their academic skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and support students in a one-on-one setting, using our proprietary methodologies and philosophies
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues through regular updates and progress reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment, supporting the growth and success of students and colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field, such as education or a related field
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
