At Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc, we're seeking a seasoned Change Management Trainer to join our team of experts. As a key member of our operations management consulting firm, you'll work closely with our clients to deliver measurable and sustainable results across various industries.

As a Change Management Trainer, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site management training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to help our clients achieve and sustain project goals. You'll also update, enhance, and create training materials based on client needs, as well as research and apply leading-edge training technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Design and tailor training material content to client needs
  • Manage and deliver training sessions to client managers and front-line supervisors
  • Conduct individual follow-up and one-on-one coaching with client managers and front-line supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels
  • Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, communication, leadership development, or related field
  • PROSCI Certification
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to work in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a second language
  • General business knowledge and experience in sectors such as automotive, utilities, consumer goods, and more
