Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tungsten Assets Management Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Usability testing

Requirements:

  • Strong background in technical support
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions
  • Knowledge of Java, SQL, and Python
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Language: English

Work Hours: 35 hours per week
