Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Outside Parts Specialist to join our team in London, ON.

This role involves promoting and selling heavy-duty transportation truck and trailer parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Keep customers informed about new products and services
  • Achieve sales revenue objectives and profit goals set by the branch
  • Boost parts and service sales
  • Develop and implement yearly territory plans
  • Foster good working relationships with customers, resolving issues and growing customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand the customer base
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
  • Positive and professional attitude to both internal and external challenges
  • Understanding of specialized transportation equipment and industry
  • Strong time management and people skills, with a high desire to serve customers and nurture relationships
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, complete tasks under pressure, and cooperate with team members who may have different focus and priorities
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on experience.
