Job Title: Heavy Duty Outside Parts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Outside Parts Specialist to join our team in London, ON.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to promote and sell heavy-duty transportation truck and trailer parts and service to existing and new customers.

  • Promote and sell heavy-duty transportation truck and trailer parts and service to meet sales revenue objectives and profit goals.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Keeping customers informed about new products and services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and growing customer loyalty.
  • Working cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand customer base.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience in the heavy truck and trailer equipment industry.
  • Proficient skills with basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
