About You


You are an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. With a proven track record of selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile, and emerging technologies, you have a deep understanding of how to make connections with new businesses. As a Digital Transformation Lead at TribalScale, you will play a fundamental role in driving our growth and innovation.


What You'll Do


Requirements



  • 3+ years of proven sales experience with a focus on the digital service industry in a senior or strategic role
  • Experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling written and verbal communications at different levels of the sales funnel
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple high-value accounts while continuously seeking new strategic opportunities
  • Proven ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs and services, and close high-value deals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and techniques (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Advanced user of productivity tools; Slack, G Suite, Clickup

The Challenge


As a Digital Transformation Lead at TribalScale, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth and innovation. You will engage with top-tier clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will navigate complex sales cycles with agility and finesse, closing high-value deals that propel TribalScale to new heights.


Salary:


$70,000 - $80,000 CAD
