Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Prepare regular project status reports indicating project deliverables, possible risks and issues, timelines, and anticipated effort.
    • Support business needs by ensuring the project delivery is in alignment with business/technical requirements and application development.
    • Ensure appropriate project communication occurs to all parties involved during all phases of the project.
  • IT Service Delivery
    • Assist in the development of new IT services and plans.
    • Understand the company needs and end-user experience of the system and represent these needs when working with internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors.
    • Schedule, organize, and lead project status meetings.
    • Facilitate business process sessions and develop a training program for end users that can allow the effective adoption of innovative solutions.
  • IT Architecture and Design
    • Responsible for business architecture design, software system specifications design, and database modeling.
    • Oversee vendors, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring performance objectives are met.

Requirements

Well-qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree combined with Project Manager experience and IT business-related professional degrees and certifications. Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in delivering IT solutions with a proven track record in implementing change.
