YOUR CHALLENGE
As a key member of the Financial Information team, you will play a crucial role in quarterly disclosures by highlighting key messages from the analysis of financial information in collaboration with the Investor Relations department at Boralex. Your analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, writing ability, and focus on continuous process optimization will be essential in producing financial disclosure documents that comply with constantly evolving regulations, such as IFRS standards and securities law.

  • Assessing key performance indicators specific to the renewable energy industry and communicating various progress updates on the company's strategic plan in interim and annual reports, including the implementation of AI-driven solutions;
  • Ensuring compliance with the ongoing obligations of issuers (AMF) regarding public financial documents and optimizing processes using tools such as Power BI / Power Query;
  • Participating in the ESG regulatory transition and developing various analyses for management, including the use of Longview consolidation software and Workiva financial reporting software;
  • Contributing to various initiatives to optimize and automate the preparation and external disclosure processes, notably through evaluating the role of artificial intelligence and presenting recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation; bilingual in French and English (spoken and written); knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
