Retail Store Manager

At Structube, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Grocery Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail store staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Perform sales leadership skills by creating and motivating a team environment to work together and achieve sales goals.
- Perform and facilitate employee trainings to maximize sales and promote the Structube brand.
- Perform excellent team management skills by delegating tasks, assessing people's strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and problem-solving.
- At least 5 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a management position.
- Proven salesmanship, positive leadership, and organizational planning skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday days and evenings, and Saturday and Sunday during the day.
