This is a key leadership position that will shape the future of our institution's technology landscape. You will oversee IT governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and agile delivery, ensuring seamless, high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our IT strategy, driving innovation across academic and administrative functions.
  • Foster collaboration between academic, administrative, and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
  • Oversee cybersecurity protocols to safeguard student data and institutional information.
  • Guide the migration to cloud-based solutions for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
  • Promote student-focused technologies that improve the digital learning experience.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and staff development, ensuring a high-performing and inclusive team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Project Management Certification (PMI) is an asset.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) basic training is mandatory; ITIL Service Master is an asset.
  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, business intelligence, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven success in leading IT transformations in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and team leadership.
