Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams, developing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Direct and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business strategy, including identifying target audiences, creating engaging content, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills;
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
