About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Strategist to join our dynamic Specialty Solutions Marketing and Communications team at Intact Financial Corporation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing and communications plans that support our company's business objectives and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with strong marketing and communications skills, including experience in creating messaging for internal and external audiences, developing marketing and communications plans, and designing specific content strategies to meet business objectives. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable speaking to large groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine marketing and communications solutions to business challenges
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events for employees and external stakeholders
  • Create engaging marketing and communications materials, including written content, presentations, and digital content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, communications, or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
