As a Financial Planning Consultant at RBC Family Office Services, you will be part of a team of over 250 financial planning, legal, estate, taxation, business owner and business succession planning specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to RBC Dominion Securities advisors engaged in financial planning and client-facing planning for target clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching and market presentations to advisors and their teams on the myGPS software.
- Engage with clients to deliver client-facing planning for target clients.
- Work with branch leadership to drive financial planning and develop strong internal networks with software owners and training and practice management to enhance overall effectiveness of training.
Requirements
- University degree supported by a professional designation (CFP/IQPF).
- 5+ years of related experience in financial planning, training and development.
- Knowledge and technical proficiency related to myGPS or other financial planning software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
