Salary

We offer an excellent compensation package, including a flexible benefits plan and a generous retirement plan. Based on experience, our salary range for this position is $$80,000 - $110,000 per year. We also provide health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, life & disability insurance, and a comprehensive onboarding program at our North America headquarters.

Job Description

As an Industrial Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field. Your mission will be to support Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy by providing exceptional service to our customers. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining the fleet of equipment in the field
  • Repairing down equipment at customer locations and in the field
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
  • Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines
  • Improving measurable success against business targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic
  • An appropriate electromechanical degree or training
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of different industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • A good command of English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
  • High energy levels and ability to lift up to 50lbs
