Traditions Coordinator

The ASUS Jackets Traditions Coordinator is a key role within the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society (ASUS) that plays a vital part in maintaining and promoting the strong traditions of ASUS Jackets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies that increase student awareness of ASUS Jackets.
- Work closely with clubs and committees at Queen's University to create and maintain specific traditions and events that foster a sense of community among students.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Jackets fittings and distributions, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including student leaders and university administrators, to promote ASUS Jackets and its traditions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for ASUS Jackets and its traditions.
