Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Investment Advisors in preparing for client meetings, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activities, including website updates, social media initiatives, and client recognition programs.
- Handle client requests and inquiries, including basic money movement, technology issues, and account opening and updates.
- Generate reports and documents for Investment Advisors and clients as requested.
- Maintain and organize client database and client files.
- Ensure transactions and tasks are appropriately assigned to team members and completed.
- Provide support to team members on technology issues, use of new technology, and general inquiries and escalations related to policies, procedures, and processing.
- Gather and distribute information on updates to training, guidelines, technology, and other business-related information.
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations (e.g. client services, trust services, account transfers, etc.) is an asset.
- Knowledge of operational aspects of traditional (stocks, bonds, money market, mutual funds) and non-traditional (managed and fee-based) products is an asset.
- Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry.
- Successful completion of both the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook exam or in progress.
- Successful completion of 30-day BMO NB Investment Representative Licensing Program.
