We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take detailed messages and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Distribute mail, faxes, and coordinate courier pickups.
  • Process customer payments, manage customer accounts, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Acquire knowledge about the dealership and its products to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area.
  • Update and distribute dealership telephone listings as needed.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role.
  • Previous experience working in a dealership setting with basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance requirements is an asset.
  • Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to prepare business memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
