Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls, providing exceptional service to our customers, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies to effectively sell products and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • State or Federal work experience.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
