Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
